standard rates

Deposit policy

A deposit of 50% of your total room and tax will be taken upon booking. The remaining amount will be payable upon check-out.

cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations or amendments made within the 21-day period will forfeit their 50% deposit. Any cancellations or amendments made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of room and tax. Cancellations can only be made via email. No cancellations will be taken over the phone.

Bookings cannot be cancelled or amended.

 

currency & exchange policy

The rates quoted in USD are charged in MXN at our current exchange rate of 15. Your total and remaining balance are subject to change depending on the currency fluctuation upon your arrival. Your deposit amount will remain the same.

 

refund POLICY

Refunds for personal emergencies are on a case by case basis. For any weather-related emergencies or other "acts of God,” the deposit or unused balance will be held as a credit towards a future stay. 
Note: the credit will be valid for up to one year starting from the confirmed cancellation date.
